A 4’ conical copper vessel hides 5 spinning blades creating a 15’ fire vortex rising from the center.

Custom designed Caldron for the 42nd International Children's Games; made of copper and mild steel with the signature Olympic flame rising out of the center.

Hearts for the Arts - San Francisco 2004
Hearts in San Francisco was a Bay Area-wide "heart installation" that debuted in the spring of 2004. Charles Gadeken created "El Corazon" using hand-wrought copper sheets, woven togther to create a beautiful, unique heart for San Francisco.
